Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges
Intimates Australia understands
that when shopping online it's hard to know exactly how an item will fit you
before you try it on. That's why we do our best to provide accurate and complete
sizing information for our products. We ask that you
check measurements of garments
provided on the product descriptions or the manufacturer's
size chart provided.
Every item we send out is well inspected for
quality before it is dispatched.
In the event that you receive an item
and you would like a different size, we only accept exchanges on
clothing items subject to these conditions:
1. Unfortunately we are unable
to offer exchanges on the following products:
- Any product that the alternative size is not in stock
at the time the exchange is requested
- Any lingerie - due to health regulations
- All Igigi garments
- Jewellery and accessories
- Any items that are on sale by more than 20% of
their original price.
For these items please choose carefully.
2. For
clothing garments, size exchanges may be offered at our discretion if:
- You contact us for a returns
authorization number before you send an item back (returns will not
be processed without this number)
- You advise us of your details and the order number of the
original item
- The item returned is in 100% new condition. This means
it's unworn, unwashed and still has the original tags still attached
- The item is returned to us via Express Post with a
tracking number, and has not been damaged in the post
- The item must be repacked in the original, unmarked
packaging including any accessories and documentation provided with the item. This includes any free gifts.
- You pay the return postage cost to us, and a redelivery
fee (in general this will be equal to the original postage cost you paid as part of your order. The exception is items which were sent free shipping as we do not offer free shipping on exchanges. We will quote you on this when you request a returns authorisation number)
- Item must be recieved by us within 4 business days from
delivery date.
3. Only one
exchange is available per garment.
4.
Exchanges are not available for international orders.
5.
All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Please note that we do not offer refunds if an item does not fit and we do not
have an alternative size in stock.
7. No exchanges for change of mind will be offered, except where described above.
Replacement
of faulty products
==============================
We carefully select our products to minimise the chances of
manufacturing faults and we carefully check all items before they are sent to
you. From time to time an item may still be found to be faulty and in that
instance we will offer a replacement of the same style, same colour and
same size.
Please note that we can only replace items that were
damaged when they were dispatched to you. Items that are damaged as a result of
fair wear and tear (e.g. a fingernail pulls a thread or a clip breaks on a
bracelet from rough usage) cannot be replaced.
When returning a faulty item
please make sure:
- You contact us for a returns authorisation
number before you send an item back (returns will not be processed
without this number) - Your order number
- You tell us your name, contact details, the item
purchased - You carefully describe
the fault with the garment.
We request that all products be re-packed in the original,
unmarked packaging if possible, including any accessories, documentation and
other components that shipped with the item. When you are issued with a returns
authorisation number you will also be provided a shipping address where to
return the item.
You are responsible for returning the item to us via
Express Post with a tracking number. If you wish to have a replacement item
Intimates Australia will pay the redelivery postage cost in this circumstance.
When an item is received by us we will
have the item professionally inspected for the faults that you describe. If the
item is found to be faulty by manufacturing fault or fabric flaw, an identical
item will be redispatched within 7-14 working days.
Order
Cancellations
===================
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order,
please contact us via email or phone within
6 hours of placing your order. Orders
cannot be cancelled after this six hour period has elapsed.
We will email you to
confirm we have received your cancellation request. An order is not cancelled
until we have sent this confirmation to you.
