Australian Shipping

Our standard delivery fee is $9.90 flat rate per order Australia wide.

FREE SHIPPING is available on any products from the following categories -

Belts, Scarves, Sunglasses, Dresses, Jackets, Pants, Skirts, Tops, Plus Size Dresses, Plus Size Pants, Plus Size Skirts, Plus Size Tops, Bangles, Bracelets, Earrings, Necklaces, Pendants, Rings, Watches. Free shipping is only applied when all products you order are from one of these categories.

Estimated delivery times are stated on the product's information page. If ordering multiple products your order will be dispatched once all items are available. Orders are shipped once payment has cleared or been validated. All items are carefully packaged and delivered securely and safely to you.  Deliveries will only be made to the delivery address provided on checkout. In most cases we use Australia post for delivery so deliveries are subject to Australia Post's terms and conditions. Some heavier items such as handbags are sent via registered post. 

If you require a shipping method other than Australia post please contact us for a shipping quote.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to USA, Canada, New Zealand, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Italy, France and Sweden.

Estimated international shipping quotes are available on checkout.

Product Availability

If an item or option in a particular size is out of stock when you order we'll tell you as soon as possible after you order (usually within 24-48 hours of your payment). Depending on the item, you can then either wait for restocking, choose a different item or receive a refund on that item (see: Out of Stock section below).

Out Of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock we will either refund you or you will be notified at the time of processing your order. You will be able to either cancel your order or place it on backorder and be notified once it becomes available. Out of stock items usually take 14-28 working days for delivery.
