Delivery Times and Prices

Shipping costs $9.90 per order to anywhere in Australia. Shipping also includes an online tracking number. If you're not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your nearest Post Office.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery is that all items take approx 7-14 working days for delivery after your order has finished processing.

If you are buying an item as a gift, please note that although many of our items are delivered faster than our standard delivery terms stated above, these delivery estimates do include a time allowance for when an item is on a shipment to Australia from Europe. So if you are buying an item as a gift please plan ahead, as we cannot offer you a refund if it does not arrive in time for your event. We cannot be held responsible for delays by the postal service.

Please note, if you order an express item and non-express item together, the order will be held until the non-express item is available and the whole order sent out together. If you wish to have the express item sent out to you sooner it will need to be ordered separately.

Items are not sent from our head office so may be shipped from multiple locations in either New South Wales or Tasmania - depending on the item and its suppliers. All items are received and checked by us for quality before dispatch.

How do I track my order?

All orders made at the Intimates.com.au website include a tracking number which can be provided to you on request.

My order has not been delivered

If your order has not been delivered within 14 Business Days please contact us at sales@intimates.com.au so we can investigate your order with Australia Post.
